Robin Bergart and I (but mostly Robin) wrote a piece for the latest issue of Reference Services Review on IBC. We had this opportunity because of our presentation at the LOTW conference in Calgary. While our article doesn’t deal with Reference Services directly, our hope is that people will be inspired to try similar “innovation boot camps” to improve – or radically rethink – how libraries might provide research help.
