Experience Architect Icon

The first face of innovation we looked at this week was the Experience Architect. As you might guess, the Experience Architect is all about creating authentic experiences for your user/customer community. They focus on “trigger points” that will engage and delight users. They are especially attuned to the first time patron, recognizing that these individuals have started their “experience” well before encountering the organization.

It’s all about attention to detail. Experience Architects look for negative or neutral points along the journey so that they can be fine tuned. In many cases, they are the voice that argues for simplification: they know that simple experiences are easier to enjoy. What sets Experience Architects apart is their ability to make the ordinary extraordinary.
